This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay, making me feel welcome. I highly recommend it for a great experience!

The location was great, just steps away from
the inner harbor and local attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the check-in process could be improved as it was a bit slow during peak times.

But honestly, who needs a sauna in the hallway? And a cold room? I'd rather sleep in an igloo than deal with that thermostat!

Excellent Location and Great Service
I really enjoyed my stay with a room that had a fantastic view of the city while being just a short walk to the aquarium and other attractions. The staff was genuinely attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. My only downside was the long line for breakfast, which could use better management.

Everything was beautiful! The gym access was incredible, and the breakfast was the best I've had for a hotel. The shower pressure was impressive too.

missingWrote a review on Aug 07fantastic locationconvenient restaurantexcessive parking feesmaller room sizeslow water heating
The location is fantastic, with easy access to numerous attractions and a vibrant neighborhood filled with shops and eateries. The restaurant on-site is a convenient option, though breakfast could be improved. However, the parking fee of $25 per night feels excessive, especially given the room size was smaller than expected. Additionally, it took an unusually long time for hot water to arrive in the shower.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable, making my stay delightful. I also appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, which made it convenient for me as a senior guest.
Elevator accessibility could be improved for convenience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19rooftop areastarbucks accessconvenient locationuncomfortable mattress
The rooftop area offers a fantastic view of key attractions, making it a nice spot to unwind after a busy day. With direct access to a Starbucks in the lobby, getting your caffeine fix is incredibly convenient.
The room layout felt cramped, and the memory foam mattress seemed worn out, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The shower head's height posed a challenge for taller guests, limiting comfort during showers. Additionally, the thermostat only allowed for temperature adjustments, not the option to switch between heat and AC, which made it tricky to achieve a comfortable climate, especially if you prefer cooler sleeping conditions. Housekeeping service was inconsistent, and the pillows requested at check-in never arrived, which was disappointing for a hotel experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19clean roomspacious roomcomfortable bedpoor cleanlinessmaintenance issuesmediocre breakfast
I stayed in a Double Room Two Double Beds and had some mixed feelings about my time at the Hilton Garden in Baltimore. The location felt perfect. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment. The room offered a comfy couch and decent space, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom could have used a thorough scrubbing. The bathroom light fixture was hanging down, which felt unsafe. A few amenities, like the refrigerator, seemed neglected as it couldn't cool properly. I found myself frustrated with the shower, which took forever to warm up. I expected a better breakfast experience, but it was just mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. Staff interaction ranged too. some were helpful, while others seemed uninterested. I hope they can address these cleanliness and maintenance issues. the potential for a great experience is there.

would happily go back again
The King room was cozy with air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, TV with cable channels, and a desk. Free toiletries were included, and there was a hairdryer and wake-up service available. The fitness centre was a nice perk for workouts. Everything felt well-maintained and comforting, definitely met our needs.

Target audience laid-back travelers
The view from my corner room was nothing short of breathtaking I could see right over everything in the area and it was refreshing. The staff were so responsive one time I even overheard them helping another guest find a nearby restaurant they wanted to try.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was bearable for what we got.
