The cost. I have stayed at other places that offered a lot more, like contenemtial breakfast and pool/hot tub that cost much less.
All of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor were extremely friendly and helpful. We received whatever we requested from the front desk in a prompt and friendly manner. The staff in the breakfast room were so wonderful, expecially Betty. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
Cleanliness of room, proximity to city sites, room rate
Not a complaint -- just an observation. Many other Hilton Garden Inns provide complimentary breakfast. This one didn'T.
Location, walking distance to harbor.
Usually as guest of a hotel, parking and breakfast is included.
The location to Baltimore attractions was fantastic, especially Little Italy and the Power Plant. The rooms were comfortable, but a little on the small side.
I booked two rooms. One for me and my spouse and the other for a friend and his wife. I booked the rooms over a month prior to the reservation and they were for king bed rooms in each room. When we checked in they stated they were over booked and all they had left was one room with a king and one with two double beds. This was an inconvenience and disspaointing especially when you factor in the cost of the room. Management was also now willing to work on a price break for the inconvenience and their mistake.
The people were very friendly. And the Valet parking driver was very nice. Room was clean.
The lamps in the room were broken. Would have preferred 1 bed instead of 2. Never received a copy of the bill when we left the hotel. Overall the experience was good. Thank you. Kay
Nice and clean. Big pool and a nice gym. Walking distance in the midle of everything, close to Little Italy, Fells Point, Inner Harbor and congress center. Perfect location for me!
Nothing bad I can think of.
The view from my room was excellant! I had a view of the Harbor!!
The front desk clerk was a bit rude when I was checking; however I was able to discuss my concerns with a supervisor, who was very pleasant and provide me with complimentary breakfast voucher for my unpleasant experience..
The location and the room with the facility of a good gym and ref. and microwave in the room
It tok a while for guest service to answer my calls, ballet parking was a luxury since the price was very high
I was stunned to find the bedlinen and duvet cover had not been ironed, when i told reception staff they got head housekeeper and he said they just washed and folded all linen and did not iron it, i said it was not what I expected from a hilton hotel especially bearing in mind the room cost. I would not stay at a hiltyon hotel again if this is their policy.
The gentleman at the reception desk when we checked in, who was still there later that night, was one of the friendliest we have encountered. He made us feel very comfortable, as though he was the owner, and the whole hotel had a homey feel.
Would have been nice to have coffee and hot cohoclate rather than just hot chocolate in the lobby. Parking too expensive. Not in walking distance of the Inner Harbor.
Very convenient to access most of Baltimore city.
For Japanese, lack of bathtub was bad especially in winter season.
location was great for what i wanted to see and the food was very good. service opon check in was excellent friendly and kind.
the hall way by the elevator could have been cleaner
Location. Privacy. cleaniness . staff was professional and friendly
Just the parking. 23.00 for parking after paying 250.00 dollars is rude awakening.
